Guglielmo Noya

Guglielmo Noya is an experienced executive currently serving as SVP and Head of Latin America at APWireless Infrastructure Partners, LLC since September 2021. Noya has a strong background in business and M&A advisory as the Founder and Managing Partner of Fair Winds Consulting from March 2017 to August 2021. Additionally, Noya co-founded and presided over Fair Winds Digital srl, focusing on an IoT Edge Platform. Previous roles include CFO at TIM Brasil, Head of M&A for Telecom Italia Group, and Chief Executive Officer at both Telecom Personal Argentina and Entel. Noya's educational qualifications include an MBA from Istituto Superiore di Direzione Aziendale and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
