Emma Slater

Emma Slater is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture Business Partnering at APA Group since September 2021, after holding the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this, Emma worked at South32 as the Human Resources Lead, overseeing HR operations at Dendrobium Mine, and also contributed as Principal Transformation & Alignment. Emma's earlier roles at APA Group included HR Manager and Human Resource Business Partner in New South Wales. Starting a career in 2006 at Coles, Emma developed a strong foundation in HR through various positions across different organizations, culminating in degrees in Human Resources Management from Charles Sturt University and Western Sydney University.
