George Tsiros

George Tsiros has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. George is currently working as an Engineering Lead at APA Group since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Strategic Commercial Advisors as a Senior Consultant for Hydrocarbon and Renewable Energy, and also served as a Director.

George has also worked at Attexo Group as a Senior Consultant for Project Advisory from May 2020 to July 2021. George has experience in the energy industry, particularly in pipeline projects. At Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) AG, George held positions as a Lead Technical Co-ordinator for Greece and Delivery Manager for Italy, where they were responsible for overseeing design, construction documentation, and approvals.

Before that, they worked at Origin Energy as a Project Manager for various projects including high-pressure gas facilities and pipelines, power stations, and water treatment facilities. George has also worked at QGC as a Senior Owner's Representative for the Narrows Crossing Project, overseeing the construction of pipelines and LNG facilities.

Additionally, George has held roles at Zektin Engineering as a Commercial Manager and at GHD as a Global Business Stream Leader for Oil & Gas. George started their career at McConnell Dowell as a Senior Pipeline Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Project Engineer.

George Tsiros pursued their education at different institutions throughout their life. From 1988 to 1995, they attended Victoria University, where they obtained a degree in Civil Engineering. Later, from 2005 to 2010, they enrolled in The University of Queensland to pursue a Masters of Applied Law.
