Kiera Carter

Kiera Carter has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning over 14 years. Kiera is currently working as the Enterprise Resources Planning PSC Lead at APA Group since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of HR Shared Services at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) from November 2018 to June 2022. Kiera also worked as an HR Director at BKI from January 2017 to November 2018, and as an HR Manager at AusNet Services from July 2015 to January 2017. Before that, they served as the HR Lead/Change Manager at The University of Melbourne from June 2014 to July 2015, and as the Senior Manager - HR Projects and HR Shared Services at Swinburne University of Technology from December 2012 to June 2014. Kiera started their career at ANZ in various HR roles, including HR Business Readiness Manager from June 2011 to November 2011, Program Lead from January 2009 to May 2011, and Head of Rewards & Reporting - Personal Division from July 2008 to January 2009. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, HR strategy and operations, team leadership, and change management.

Kiera Carter's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Anthropology from Monash University. Additionally, they pursued a Graduate Diploma of Management with a focus on Human Resources, also from Monash University.
