Sanjay Chhanabhai

Sanjay Chhanabhai has a strong background in electrical and instrumentation engineering. Sanjay started their career in 2014 as an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer at KBR - QCLNG (QGC), where they worked on various projects. Sanjay then moved on to Arrow Energy in 2015, where they served as an Electrical Project Engineer. In 2016, Sanjay joined APA Group as an Electrical & Instrumentation Project Engineer, and later became a Team Lead - Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer.

Sanjay Chhanabhai completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Finance at the University of Melbourne from 2002 to 2006. At the same time, they also pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree specializing in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Sanjay has obtained several certifications. In 2008, they received a Certificate IV in Motor Control and a Certificate IV in PLC Programming from Box Hill Institute. In 2011, they obtained a White Card certification from WorkSafe Victoria, which pertains to the construction industry. In 2014, Sanjay completed a Hazardous Area Classification & Design certification from Competency Training. Lastly, in 2015, they received a High Voltage Switching Operator certification from the same institution.
