Yuichiro Kitagawa

Yuichiro Kitagawa is an accomplished Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas, water and wastewater, mining, and alternative energy industries. Currently serving as a Lead E&I Engineer at APA Group since June 2021, Yuichiro has progressed through roles including Senior E&I Engineer and E&I Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as an Instrumentation & Controls Engineer at GHD from February 2014 to June 2021, with a comprehensive skill set covering the engineering design life cycle from proposal to construction and commissioning support. Previous roles include Electrical Engineering Intern at Honeywell Process Solutions, Tutor at the University of Queensland, Research Scholar at CSIRO, and Casual Researcher at AIBN. Yuichiro holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Queensland, along with a Queensland Certificate of Education from Brisbane Boys' College.
