Matt Morgan

Matt Morgan, MBA, PMP, CSM, is an experienced instructional system designer currently employed at APA, LLC since June 2021. Prior to this role, Morgan served as an electronic warfare instructor at Orion Solutions LLC from June 2020 to June 2021 and worked as an electrician at Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. from June 2019 to June 2020. A distinguished career in the US Navy spanned from May 1999 to August 2019, where positions included cryptologic technician and operations department chief aboard USS HUE CITY CG 66, as well as information operations planner at U.S. Fleet Cyber Command. Additionally, Morgan managed courses and developed curriculum at the USN Naval Technical Training Center Corry Station from January 2007 to December 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on project management from Brenau University and a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
