Kai-Fu Chang has a diverse work experience in the engineering and controls field. Kai-Fu began their career as a Process Engineer Intern at Diamonchem International Co., LTD in 2009, where they focused on developing manufacturing techniques and processes for zinc oxide. In 2012, they joined Microfusion Engineering Lab as a Senior Controls & Simulation Engineer, specializing in control and simulation for power, pulp, and paper industries. Kai-Fu then worked at Atronix Engineering, Inc. as a Project Engineer in 2017 and Mangan Inc. as a Control Systems Engineer II from 2018 to 2019, before being promoted to Senior Controls Engineer until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at APAC Controls, starting in November 2021.
Kai-Fu Chang completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University from 2006 to 2009. Kai-Fu then pursued their higher education at Carnegie Mellon University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, in July 2020, Chang received a certification called Ignition Gold Certification from Inductive Automation.
