Jeff Moreton

Jeff Moreton is a seasoned professional in project management and strategic analysis, currently serving as the Managing Director and Managing Consultant at Apache iX Ltd since November 2014. At Apache independent eXperts, Jeff specializes in P3M, project controls, risk management, and systems engineering, with a focus on supporting Defence Digital and Defence Equipment & Support programmes, notably involving Defensive Cyber Operations. Prior to this role, Jeff contributed to KPMG's business transformation initiatives and held various positions at QinetiQ, including Strategic Partnering Head and HVR Practice Lead, where significant contributions were made to major projects and operational integration. Earlier experience includes managing a consulting business and leading teams on defence programs at BAE Systems. Jeff holds a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
