Francisco Campa

Francisco Campa has over two decades of experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. Francisco is currently serving as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Apache Mills, Inc. Previously, they held the position of Director of Operational Excellence at the same company. Before that, they worked as the Plant Manager at The Dixie Group. Francisco has also served as the Director of Operations at OmniMax International, Inc. and Tarkett, where they managed multiple manufacturing sites and implemented strategies to reduce costs and improve service. Francisco has also held the position of Director of Operations at OMNOVA Solutions and Mohawk Industries, where they were responsible for overseeing plant operations, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Francisco started their career at John Deere and Lear Corporation as a Project Engineer and Manufacturing Team Leader, respectively.
