Ralph Schuh has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Ralph started their career at Vinyl Plastics Inc. in 1993, where they served as the Maintenance, Safety, and Engineering Manager until 1999. Ralph then worked at Franz Electric Inc. as an Electrical Construction and Project Manager from 1999 to 2000. Ralph then joined Kohler Rental Power in 2000 as the Logistics and Operations Manager, responsible for strategic asset placement and execution of temporary power and temperature control projects. Ralph worked at Kohler Rental Power until 2009, during which they managed operations facilities and personnel in 7 locations across the USA. From 2009 to 2011, Ralph worked as the Operations Manager - Engineered Products at Mayville Engineering Company. In 2011, they joined Apache Stainless Equipment Corporation as the VP Engineering and later became the VP Engineering and Operations. Ralph was responsible for all engineering and manufacturing requirements for the company, including the design and production of various products under different brands. Additionally, from 2011 to 2014, they served as the Director of Operations at Apache Stainless Equipment Corporation. Alongside their professional roles, Ralph also held various positions in the Town of Kossuth, including Supervisor from 2011 to 2017, Chairman from 2017 onwards, and Planning Commissioner since 2002.

Ralph Schuh attended UWGB from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business with an emphasis on Leadership and Public Service. Prior to that, between 1999 and 2001, Ralph Schuh attended Fox Valley Technical College, although the degree obtained is not specified. During this period, they focused on their studies in becoming a Journeyman/Master Electrician.
