Henry J. Pawlowski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and account management. Currently serving as the CEO of Aim Global Industries, LLC since July 2021, Pawlowski leads a veteran-owned preferred vendor providing precision metal machine parts and industrial components sourced from Turkey and Poland for the US Department of Defense and Department of Logistics Agency. Additionally, since January 2018, Pawlowski has operated as an Account Executive at Apadana, focusing on energy savings solutions for commercial and residential markets. Prior to these roles, Pawlowski spent over two decades as a Business Development Consultant at PFG CONSULTING LIMITED. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations with a minor in Russian Language from the University of Minnesota.

Apadana was founded in 2013 by electrical and mechanical engineers who committed their expertise to delivering energy conservation and renewable energy generation solutions with a commitment to customer cost savings and environmental benefits.
