Laura Herbert

Laura Herbert is currently the Chief People Officer at Apadmi, where Laura creates digital products to solve complex problems. Previously, Laura held the position of Head of People at Travel Counsellors and Thales, focusing on designing and implementing People Strategy aligned with business goals. Laura also has experience in early careers resourcing, talent management, and HR advisory roles. Laura holds a MA (Hons) in History from the University of Edinburgh, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management Studies from the University of Wolverhampton.
