Adam Jones has a diverse work experience in various organizations and roles. Adam worked as the Chief Information Officer at Apalachee Center, Inc. starting from May 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Program Administrator for Security & Infrastructure at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection from January 2019 to July 2020. Adam Jones received their Executive Masters in Public Administration from the University of South Dakota in 2018. Adam previously studied Computer Science and earned their Bachelor of Arts degree at Florida State University from 2011 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2009, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government also from Florida State University. Adam Jones completed their high school education at Miami Palmetto Senior High School and received a High School Diploma in 2003. In terms of certifications, Adam obtained the GIAC Law of Data Security & Investigations (GLEG) certification from GIAC Certifications in 2020. Adam also holds the GIAC Critical Controls Certification (GCCC) obtained in May 2017, the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² obtained in 2013, and the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in 2012. Additionally, they have the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco, although the date of completion is not specified.
