Elton Ngjela

Elton Ngjela is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Apaly since April 2024, Elton is also a Co-Founder of LekoTech, which has been active since 2018. Previous roles include Senior Solutions Architect at TDB.al from July 2011 to March 2024 and Chief Technology Officer at Consis, where Elton contributed to the Albanian Division's Research and Development Team from July 2016 to 2024. Earlier positions include Senior Software Engineer at USAID, A & AS Levels Computing Instructor at Cambridge International Examinations, and software development roles at Tring Digital and AMTEK Sh.p.k. Elton holds a Master of Science in Informatics from the University of Tirana and dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from the University of New York Tirana and SUNY Empire State College, alongside ongoing education in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Texas McCombs School of Business.
