Richard Watts is an accomplished professional in the insurance and consulting sectors, currently serving as a Board Member for Farmers Insurance Group of Companies since February 2017 and as Managing Director of RHW Consulting LLC since May 2010. With expertise in management, insurance, customer loyalty, and advanced technology integration, Richard has also held advisory and board positions in several organizations, including Insurance Collaboration to Save Lives, Adtoniq, Apaly Health, Simply Smart Health, and Roost Inc. Richard’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Insurance Management from Boston University.
