Alka Pal is a Talent Attraction Specialist at Otomeyt AI since February 2023, focusing on creating a future-ready workforce through an AI-driven platform for talent development and acquisition. Prior to this role, Alka worked in talent acquisition at Skill-Lync from August 2022 to January 2023, where the emphasis was on providing quality education through technology. Alka also gained experience in human resources at TEACHNOOK between January 2022 and August 2022. Alka holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Marketing from Banaras Hindu University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Chandigarh University.
