Jackie Ratzlaff

Jackie has been with Apartment Life since 2008. She worked in rehab and community-based healthcare until she was introduced to Apartment Life and pursued community-based work in the multifamily industry. She co-led the DFW region and as well as expansion efforts in the Mid Atlantic and Canada. She has served as a panel presenter for NAA and enjoys writing/editing for TAA, NAA, and Forbes. Jackie is passionate about improving sense of community and resident experience to impact property NOI.

Jackie, her husband Greg, and their three children live in Charlotte, NC and spend their time chaperoning kids to all the sports. She also enjoys hiking local trails, playing piano, and visiting hospital patients with her therapy dog, Cooper. Jackie holds a Masters from TWU where she served as an adjunct instructor.
