Megan Baker

Megan Baker is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and account management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Area Director at Apartment Life since May 2012, Megan focuses on managing, training, and equipping CARES teams to enhance community engagement within apartment complexes. Prior to this role, Megan was an Account Manager at Trinity Real Estate Solutions, LLC from June 2006 to May 2012, where responsibilities included managing major accounts and optimizing expenditures. Earlier experience as a Phase IV Pharmacy Technician at Kroger Pharmacy complemented an academic background with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Cedarville University, completed in 2006.
