Sean Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sean started their career at iHeartMedia in 1999 as a Production & Imaging Director, where they were responsible for creating and producing audio content for radio stations. In 2006, they joined First Orlando as the Creative Communication Director, overseeing a team that engaged with the community through various media channels. Sean later transitioned to Apartment Life, where they held various leadership positions, including Area Vice President, Regional Vice President, and Regional President. Currently, they are the National VP, Customer Experience at Apartment Life, focusing on enhancing client experience and supporting the success of the team.

Sean Bailey attended the Savannah College of Art and Design from 1998 to 2002, where they studied Multimedia Design and Communication. In 2014, they pursued Strategic and Conceptual Sales Training at Miller Heiman for Selling Skills and Sales Operations and obtained a degree in that field. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including "Learning LinkedIn" from LinkedIn in 2021, "Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership Certification" from the Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership at Rollins College in 2015, and "Strategic and Conceptual Sales" from Miller Heiman Europe GmbH in 2014.
