Bella Shirin

Bella Shirin began their work experience as a Law Clerk at Sperling & Slater, P.C. from June 2008 to May 2009. Bella then worked as a Managing Associate at Dentons from September 2010 to August 2015, specializing in insurance regulatory, transactional, and risk management issues. From August 2015 to November 2019, Bella served as an Assistant General Counsel at Metromile, providing legal advice and solutions to internal business partners and managing relationships with outside counsel. Bella then joined Spin (Ford Mobility) as the VP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary from November 2019 to February 2022, overseeing the legal team, providing guidance on company matters, and managing outside counsel. Bella is currently working as the Vice President, Legal at Apartment List starting in February 2022.

Bella Shirin holds a JD degree in Law from the University of Chicago Law School. Bella also earned a BS degree in International Business, Law & Society from the USC Marshall School of Business.
