Ronn Ruiz

Ronn Ruiz has over two decades of work experience in various roles. In 1996, they began their career as a Multi-Site Property Manager at Elkor Properties. Ronn then moved to Fairfield Residential in 1998 and held the same role. In 2000, they became a Residential & Commercial Account Executive at Globe Business Resources. In 2002, they worked as a Multi-Site Property Manager at Essex Property Trust. From 2004 to 2010, they worked as a Sales Manager at Dominion Enterprises and then as a Regional Sales Director at Yardi Systems- Lead Tracking Solutions from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they became the Vice President of Sales at Renter's Voice. In 2013, they co-founded Apartment SEO and worked as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner. In 2015, they founded ChuloChonies.com and served as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2016, they founded iZone Marketing and worked as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder.

Ronn Ruiz is in the process of obtaining a Real Estate Salesperson License from The Realty Institute. Ronn has also obtained a number of certifications from Google and the eMarketing Association, including a Google Partner Premier Agency (2016), Certified Marketing Consultant (2015), and Google Partner Agency (2014).
