Chanel Fetaz

Chanel Fetaz is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience, currently serving as the Director of Product Design and UX at Apartment Therapy Media. Since 2010, Chanel has operated as a freelance designer, delivering graphic and digital design, creative direction, and research services across various industries, including nonprofits, corporate entities, and fashion. Previous positions include Senior Product Designer at Hearst Magazines, where Chanel focused on enhancing digital memberships, and UX Architect and CX Design Architect at Dow Jones, overseeing customer experiences for major consumer products. Additional roles include Design Director at BUNKER, Graduate Assistant at Pratt Institute, and various positions at Eventbrite, where Chanel contributed to client services and product development.
