Larissa Napoli is an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager at ApartmentIQ since April 2024, previously holding senior leadership roles at Rently, including Senior Director of Enablement and Customer Success from August 2022 to April 2024. Prior to that, Larissa was a Customer Success Manager at Blend and contributed significantly at Zego (Powered by PayLease) as Manager and Supervisor of Customer Success.
