Max Bernstein

Max Bernstein is an accomplished data professional with a robust background in data science and analytics. Currently serving as the VP of Data at ApartmentIQ since December 2024, Max previously held multiple leadership roles at AirDNA from January 2020 to November 2024, including VP of Data, Director of Product, Director of Data Science, and Data Scientist. Prior experience includes positions at Merkle as Tech Lead in Data Science and Manager of Digital Analytics from January 2014 to January 2020, as well as a Data Strategist role at Copernicus Marketing Consulting and Research from March 2013 to March 2014. Max began a career in digital marketing as a Digital Marketing Specialist at iProspect from January 2011 to February 2013. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northeastern University, earned between 2005 and 2010.
