Joy Fu

Joy Fu is a finance professional with a solid background in private equity and investment banking. Currently working as a Private Equity Associate at Apax since July 2025, Joy previously served as a Restructuring & Special Situations Investment Banking Analyst at PJT Partners from July 2023 to July 2025. Early experience includes a role as a Private Equity Summer Analyst at Accel-KKR in 2021 and participation in the Girls Who Invest Online Intensive Program. Joy has also held positions with organizations such as Alpha Kappa Psi and Smart Woman Securities. Joy's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management from New York University, along with studies at the University of Notre Dame and Indiana University Bloomington. Joy's formative years were spent at North Allegheny High School, culminating in a high school diploma in 2019.
