Michaela Merlin-Jones

Michaela Merlin-Jones is an accomplished professional in vendor optimization and procurement, currently serving as Vice President at Apax since July 2019 and as a Founding Member of Chief since January 2023, an organization dedicated to empowering women executives. Previously, Michaela held various roles at Efficio from October 2013 to June 2019, where leadership in sourcing and procurement transformation was demonstrated, as well as providing consultancy to enhance procurement capabilities across multiple categories. Michaela began a consulting career at Deloitte from August 2010 to September 2013, advising clients on supply chain management to improve efficiency and product quality. Michaela holds an MA (Hons) in Management with French and German from the University of Cambridge.
