Eoghan Delany

Senior Process Development Scientist at APC

Eoghan Delany is a Senior Process Development Scientist at APC, with experience as a Project Technical Lead and a background in process and crystallisation development, characterisation, and design of experiments (DoE), particularly focusing on process analytical technology (PAT). Prior to APC, Eoghan served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at La Trobe University, specializing in the synthesis and crystallisation of unstable carbocation salts, and as a Process Development Chemist at Almac Group, where Eoghan contributed to API synthesis, process development, and scale-up in GMP environments. Eoghan also has experience as an Organic Chemistry Lecturer at Technological University Dublin and holds a PhD in Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin, where research focused on novel N-heterocyclic carbene organocatalysts. Eoghan's academic foundation includes a BA in Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin and secondary education at Belvedere College.
