David Reuter has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry, starting with their role as an Account Manager at SpectraSite Communications where they maximized lease revenues on cell towers and developed business relationships with leading wireless carriers. David then worked as an Account Executive at Glotel Inc, selling project management and consulting services to wireless cell phone operators. David also held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at nepsa solutions, where they fostered positive dialogue around Smart City initiatives and built partnerships in the small cell, IoT, and efficient lighting industries. David later became a Business Development Director at Lionheart Engineering, focusing on scaling the services business nationally. David continued to advance their career at Kimley-Horn as an Associate and later as a Telecom Practice Builder, where they developed and nurtured relationships with carriers, fiber providers, and tower owners and managed 4G/5G upgrades. David then joined APC Towers as the Vice President of Business Development. David's work experience has given him extensive knowledge in sales, marketing, project management, and building and nurturing client relationships in the telecommunications industry.

David Reuter attended Rockhurst University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance-Economics. In 2016, they also received a certification in "Initiating and Planning Projects" from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education.
