Rae Xu

Rae Xu joined SoCalGas in 2011 and her current role is Vista Team Lead. Vista is a transformational program to retire the organization’s current Customer Information System (CIS) and replace it with a modern CIS platform. Rae leads the Customer Relationship and Marketing workstreams under Customer Engagement. Prior to that, Rae worked for the Customer Strategy & Engagement organization, leading the customer insights function at SoCalGas, where her team primarily focused on customer and business insight generation utilizing various data tools to help generate valuable insights for the organization.
