Dorothy Cave, CPE, RPL is currently working as the Education & Training Manager at APCO International since July 2023. Prior to this role, Dorothy held the position of EMD Program Manager at APCO Institute starting in January 2014. Dorothy also has experience as an Education and Training Administrator at APCO International in 2013. Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Atlanta, which Dorothy obtained between 2009-2015.
