Kerry Lynch Enp

Kerry Lynch, RPL, ENP, serves as the Assistant to the Police Chief at the City of New London Police Department, a role held since October 2008, alongside responsibilities as a Public Safety Dispatcher, which includes managing emergency and routine calls in a high-pressure environment and coordinating resource allocation for emergency services. Additionally, Kerry provides administrative support to the Investigative Services Division and functions as an Adjunct Instructor for APCO International since April 2023. Kerry holds educational credentials from Mitchell College, attended from September 2011 to May 2013.
