Debbie has held various roles in different companies, including serving as an Adjunct Instructor and Board of Directors member at APCO International, as well as an Accreditation Assessor at CALEA. Debbie's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management/Public Safety Communications from Jacksonville State University and a Master of Science in Adult Education/Curriculum Development from Troy University.
