Abdulhakeem Abbas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in graphic design and creative direction.
Abdulhakeem'smost recent position was as a Senior Graphic Designer at APCO Worldwide in Abu Dhabi, where they served as the design lead for clients such as MoIAT, ADFD, ADEX, ADSSC, and UAEREP.
Prior to that, Abdulhakeem worked as the Creative Director at Majaz Agency, where they directed a team of 10 members in developing creative concepts and innovative graphic designs for a range of marketing campaigns. Abdulhakeem also co-founded the first creative agency in Homs, Syria, and successfully managed a team of creatives and important clients.
Abdulhakeem also gained experience as a Senior Graphic Designer at Melen | ميلين, where they coordinated with a creative team to develop engaging graphic designs for UI/UX, social media, packaging, and video ads. Abdulhakeem also played a role in improving the online store interface and designing 3D scenes using Photoshop, 3Ds Max & Vray.
Additionally, Abdulhakeem worked as a Media Manager at Al-Birr Society & Social Services, managing the media work of community centers and coordinating media coverage for various projects. Abdulhakeem's earlier experience includes working as an Architect & 3D Visualizer for the UNDP, where they contributed to the reconstruction project for "Al Souq Al Maskouf" in Homs, Syria, by documenting the artifacts and creating 3D models and renders of the expected status after the repair process. Abdulhakeem also worked as a Graphic Designer for an unspecified company.
Abdulhakeem Abbas pursued their education in the field of architecture. From 2013 to 2019, they attended Jami't Al-Ba'ath and obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree. Following that, Abdulhakeem Abbas enrolled at Syrian Virtual University SVU in 2021 to further their expertise in architecture. Abdulhakeem is expected to complete their Master of Building Information Modeling Management (BIMM) degree in 2023.
