Responsibilities encompass managing integrated communications campaigns, crisis management, and overseeing client budgets and team staffing. Prior to APCO, Celine held roles at DEVRIES GLOBAL and Edelman, focusing on integrated marketing communications and regional campaigns across B2B and B2C sectors. Early career experiences include positions at antics@play and The Conscious Choice Pte Ltd, contributing to brand proposals, event management, and cybersecurity campaigns. Celine holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Psychology and Corporate Communications from Singapore Management University.
