Philip Fraser

Philip Fraser, APCO Worldwide’s chief information officer and member of the firm’s Global Leadership Team, is based in the firm’s Dubai office. He has over 25 years experience overseeing IT operations and has done so being based in the Middle East, Europe, North America and Asia.

Mr. Fraser is heavily engaged in helping shape APCO’s internal and client-facing technology infrastructure to meet the needs of a digital economy, ensuring APCO’s workforce has cutting-edge technology solutions to maintain connectivity, functionality and accessibility using the strictest security protocols available.

Prior to working at APCO, Mr. Fraser worked as an operations research consultant in the aerospace industry.

Mr. Fraser holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Economy and a MSc in Management Decision Making with a specialization in Information Sciences from the University of Hertfordshire.
