Thomas Mader

Thomas Mader is an experienced operations executive currently serving as Operations Director and a member of the German Board at APCOA Deutschland GmbH since April 2024. Previously, Thomas held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Babilou Family Deutschland GmbH from October 2023 to March 2024, leading the company in the private daycare sector. Prior to that, Thomas was Director of Operations and a member of the management board at Europcar Mobility Group from November 2020 to September 2023. Thomas has extensive retail experience, having served in various sales leadership roles at WMF Group and Sportarena GmbH, and began a managerial career at Hertie Waren- und Kaufhaus GmbH. Thomas Mader earned a Diplom Betriebswirt (BA) in Handel from Duale Hochschule/Berufsakademie Lörrach between 1985 and 1988.
