Julie Hicks

Julie Hicks is an experienced training and development professional with a robust background in learning and development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Training Manager for APCOA Parking (UK) Ltd since January 2016, Julie is responsible for creating training strategies for personnel development in the Midlands/North and Ireland. Prior to this role, Julie was a Senior Consultant at Synergy Business Solutions, co-founding the organization with a focus on leadership development and quality assurance in health and social care. Julie also held the position of Head of Learning and Development at POhWER, where significant contributions were made to learning programs and management training for over 250 staff. Educational qualifications include an Office Practice Diploma from Kilburn Polytechnic.
