Philip Wills

Philip Wills is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the parking systems industry. Currently at APCOA Parking (UK) Ltd since June 2010, Philip is responsible for the design, costs, and management of integrated parking systems, including PE, ANPR, CCTV, VMS, and Car Finder systems, with a focus on fibre/data back-bones for connectivity. Prior to this role, Philip worked at bh1 solution Ltd from February 2004 to June 2010, where responsibilities included site evaluation and risk assessment for electronic parking and security systems, as well as the development of design packages. Philip holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Greenwich, earned between 1991 and 1995.
