Rich Halvas

Rich Halvas, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at APCT since March 2024. Prior to this role, Rich Halvas held various leadership positions at SEAKR Engineering, Inc. from 2016 to March 2024, including Vice President of Integration and Chief Financial Officer, where responsibilities encompassed leading acquisition integrations and the successful sale of the company. Rich Halvas also served in multiple finance-related roles at Mercury Intelligence Systems, Inc. from 2003 to 2016, culminating in the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration. Earlier experience includes founding JD Halvas & Associates, managing financial planning at Digital Lighthouse, and holding analyst positions at Convergent Communications and TRW, Inc. Rich Halvas holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University.
