Derek Childs

Derek Childs is a Project Designer at APD Engineering & Architecture, PLLC since June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Site Manager at Morris Painting and Maintenance from May 2019 to March 2023, where supervision of work crews and management of painting projects ensured timely and professional completion. Derek also worked as a Project Intern at Young + Wright Architectural between May 2022 and January 2023 and gained early experience in the hospitality industry as Kitchen Staff at Flaherty's Three Flags Inn from June 2017 to April 2020. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, obtained in May 2023, and is a graduate of Honeoye Falls - Lima High School, class of 2019.
