Todd Markevicz is an experienced civil engineer with over 20 years in the industry. Currently a partner at APD Engineering & Architecture since November 2002, Todd specializes in site and civil design, municipal approvals, agency permits, project approvals, and construction administration for a diverse clientele. Prior experience includes a role as a project engineer at Sear-Brown Group, where Todd conducted feasibility studies, site plans, and utility design, along with cost estimating and conducting municipal meetings. Earlier experience includes an internship at the City of Lockport, assisting with engineering projects, and a position at NYSDOT focusing on material testing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo and an Associate of Science in Engineering from Ulster County Community College.
