Rachel Shelley is an accomplished communications professional currently serving as the Communications Manager at APDS, the only Certified B Corp in Corrections Reform in the USA, since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Marketing & Communications Manager at the Orange County Community Foundation, where Rachel led marketing strategies for the largest charitable organization in Orange County, and as Public Relations Manager at Conservaco, LLC, focusing on integrated marketing and PR solutions. Additional experience encompasses being a Public Relations Account Executive at ETA ADVERTISING, managing PR campaigns, and an internship as Development & Communications Coordinator at Make-A-Wish Alaska and Washington. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Seattle University.
