Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager and Senior Analyst at Microsoft, focusing on data quality analysis and performance auditing, along with roles at Pactera US as a K2 Relevance Judge. Chau Huynh also has a background in IT support, having worked as a PC Technician and held an internship as a Software Test Engineer I at Microsoft. Educational qualifications include an Intro to IT degree from Year Up Puget Sound and additional certifications in gunsmithing and high school completion programs.
