Prior to joining Apeejay School, Veena Goel was the Headmistress at the Convent of Jesus & Mary from 1989 to March 2017 and worked as a PGT Chemistry at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya in 1989-1990. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a Master's degree in Chemistry from Miranda House, Delhi University, a B.Ed. from the Central Institute of Education, Delhi University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in School Governance and Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
