David Górriz Garcés

David Górriz Garcés has a diverse work experience in engineering and project management roles. David currently works as a Senior Project Engineer at Apeel Sciences since February 2020. Previously, from 2015 to 2019, they served as the Technical Director at ECOAMA MEDITERRANEA SL, where they managed operations, quality, supply chain, and financial aspects of the company. Before that, from 2007 to 2013, David worked as an Organization Engineer at Cummins Generator Technologies, where they focused on implementing lean manufacturing techniques and improving the production system. David also worked as a Production Engineer at Fabricantes Linea Blanca from 2005 to 2007, where they implemented lean manufacturing practices and optimized production methods.

David Górriz Garcés pursued their education at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). From 1996 to 2002, they studied Ingeniería (Engineering) with a specialization in Ingeniero Agrónomo, focusing on Industrias Alimentarias (Food Industries). Following this, they continued their education at UPV from 2004 to 2007, completing a degree in Ingeniería de Organización Industrial (Industrial Organization Engineering) with a specialization in Logística y Gestión de la Calidad (Logistics and Quality Management).
