Patricia Speidel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Patricia started their career as a Clinical Dietitian at Henrico Doctors Hospital - Forest, where they provided medical nutrition therapy in critical care units and oversaw the organization of dietetic intern clinical rotations. Patricia then moved on to work as a Renal Dietitian at Fresenius Medical Care, where they created and implemented patient-focused plans of care.

In 2010, Patricia became the Lead Dietitian at St. Joseph's/Candler, where they were an essential member of the Critical Care Committee and facilitated communication and scheduling with the dietitian team.
