Patricia Speidel

Patricia Speidel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Patricia started their career as a Clinical Dietitian at Henrico Doctors Hospital - Forest, where they provided medical nutrition therapy in critical care units and oversaw the organization of dietetic intern clinical rotations. Patricia then moved on to work as a Renal Dietitian at Fresenius Medical Care, where they created and implemented patient-focused plans of care.

In 2010, Patricia became the Lead Dietitian at St. Joseph's/Candler, where they were an essential member of the Critical Care Committee and facilitated communication and scheduling with the dietitian team. Patricia then transitioned to being the Director of a Yoga Studio, where they focused on customer support, sales strategies, and team management.

From 2021 to 2023, Patricia worked at the Office of Research at the University of California Santa Barbara as a Conflict of Interest Coordinator/Admin Coordinator. Patricia provided support for special committee meetings, ensured researchers' compliance with disclosure requirements, and generated reports.

In 2021, they also worked as a Customer Care Representative at AppFolio, Inc., where they established trusted advisor relationships with customers and demonstrated a strong desire to learn.

Most recently, Patricia was an Employee Experience Coordinator at Sansum Clinic, where they were responsible for driving People and Experience initiatives through multiple programs and committees. Patricia served as the front-line point of contact for employee and manager inquiries.

Patricia will be starting a new role as a Finance & Operations Coordinator at Apeel in 2023.

Patricia Speidel pursued their education at various institutions and obtained relevant certifications. Patricia started their academic journey in 2001 at Penn State University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences, graduating in 2005. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in a Dietetic Internship at Virginia State University, which they successfully completed in 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Patricia has also acquired several certifications to enhance their skill set. These include "Critical Thinking and Problem Solving" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in June 2023. Furthermore, they obtained certifications such as "Excel 2019 Essential Training," "Learning Salesforce," "Salesforce Tips," "Resume Makeover," and "Video Interview Tips," all from LinkedIn, in various months of 2020.
