Alison Canelli

Alison Canelli, CPA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in revenue planning, accounting, and SOX compliance. Currently serving as a Manager of Revenue Planning & Accounting and previously as Manager and Senior Manager of SOX Compliance at Apellis Pharmaceuticals since February 2021, Canelli has developed significant expertise in financial oversight and regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes roles as an Assurance Senior Associate and Assurance Associate at PwC from September 2016 to December 2020, as well as a Tax Intern at Dylewsky, Goldberg & Brenner, LLC. Canelli began the professional journey with internships in assurance at PwC and marketing at Reed Exhibitions, complemented by a solid educational background including a Master's of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Fairfield University.
