Jan Cuypers

Jan Cuypers is a seasoned leader in technology operations and supply chain management, presently serving as the Senior Director of Tech Ops Strategy & Optimization at Apellis Pharmaceuticals since December 2020. Jan has also founded a consulting firm, Pivot, Clinical Supply Chain Partners, LLC, which focuses on business support and process implementation in TechOps Finance and Supply Chain operations. Prior experience includes a Director role in Clinical Supply Chain at Takeda, where Jan developed strategic frameworks for outsourced clinical supply operations, as well as leadership positions in finance at Millennium Pharmaceuticals. An accomplished educator, Jan holds a MicroMaster in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with multiple advanced degrees in business administration from prestigious institutions, including Harvard University and Boston University.
