John Eisele has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. John began their career at Smiths Medical as a Manufacturing Engineer in 1998 and progressed to become a Manufacturing Supervisor and later an International Project Manager. During their time at Smiths Medical, they successfully transferred high volume disposable manufacturing lines from Rockland, MA to Tijuana, Mexico, achieving 100% productivity and quality goals within 12 weeks. This resulted in annual cost savings of USD $4 million. John then moved on to work for Solatube International, Inc. as a Project Manager in Product Development from 2005 to 2007. After that, they joined VQ OrthoCare as an Operations Manager, eventually becoming the Director of Operations until 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at BD as a Manufacturing Manager and later as the Senior Manager of Operations for Infusion. In 2018, they joined APEM, Inc. as the Director of Manufacturing Operations.
